The Casadh Charter
In Casadh you have the right to:
- Be spoken to in a respectful manner
- To be free from any form of bullying- (verbal physical or media)
- The use of our premises without being subjected to dealing or supply of drugs or contraband
- The use of the premises without being subjected to other peoples drug affected behaviour
- You have the right to challenge other people’s behaviour- in the appropriate manner and setting
- Likewise-you can be challenged- again in the appropriate manner and setting
- You have the right to be treated with respect and without prejudice of any type- racism, sexism, ageism or drug type
- You have the right to an opinion and to have it heard in a non-judgmental fashion
- You may join the union of your choice
- You have the right to complain, and to have your complaints heard and responded to with 7 working days
- Regular scheduled key-working and care planning
- The right to your confidentiality and privacy
- The right to use of the computer facilities with being subjected to unsuitable or traumatic material
This Charter applies to all who use our services- participants, staff visitors’ tutors, support staff and management
